After buying a significant appliance order from them less than two years ago, they won’t service my dishwasher. I understand I am out of their service area, by maybe 5km. I wasn’t expecting a special trip, but maybe when they are nearby they could drop in. As a business owner, we know the importance of relationship building and maintaining these relationships. Sadly I think they fail to see this as important.

I have to call a repair man from another company and pay them to fix my washer. The washer/dryer top load. The light comes on every wash, lock lid. Apparently, we will never get Brian the Service person back and fix the problem. He did say he would get back to us... think he is waiting for the warranty to be up. So sad considering how happy I was when first purchased.

My washing machine crapped out over the weekend. I called Fundy Appliances on Monday and they fit me in that morning. The technician diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, and my machine up and running within an hour. Portable debit machine made payment easy. Excellent service.

Could not detect the washer/dryer problem. You do need to monitor them while fixing your appliances to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to! If they are supposed to change a piece, make sure they are honestly change it, get the old piece back.

Brian came and fixed my ancient wall oven twice, hunting down obsolete parts in order to do so. However, the oven finally died. Even though we didn't purchase our new oven from Brian - he doesn't carry the brand we purchased - his crew came out and installed my new oven AND took the old one away to be recycled. His technicians have also repaired my fridge in the past. Amazing service and I highly recommend them.

After my husband had a major stroke and we returned home from 5 months in hospital , we found our dryer was not working. It was a Saturday, the second one before Christmas, so busy for stores. I called Fundy, explaining the problem with the dryer to the technician. It was clear the dryer was beyond repair, as the electronic panel had failed and could not be replaced. Brian e-mailed me some options for a new washer/dryer, as I was unable to get to Truro in the near future. We settled on a good, reliable set and he stated he would get back to me with a delivery date. I was hoping by Wednesday, but secretly wished for maybe Monday or Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when he stated he would be there in a little over an hour. We live in Tatamagouche, so not a quick trip on a busy day. He came, set it up, removed the old set and instructed me on its use. I can’t tell you the number of loads I have done in the last 7 days, It has been a life-saver. The machines are great quality, efficient and wash and dry beautifully. Thank you so much for your kindness, and going the extra mile for us.

As always, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door! Very helpful and friendly staff! We needed a dryer and got what we needed! Very satisfied!

Staff greeted us right away and helped us pick out a dryer. It was delivered and installed the same day. We weren't charged for delivery, installation or removal of the old appliance and overall they had the best prices based on our research. The delivery guys were prompt, efficient and friendly. They even repaired my damaged dryer duct! The selection of products is perhaps a little limited but they seemed to have their bases covered. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
