Fritz ski haus is one of the few ski shops in Edmonton that greet you warmly when you first walk in. I went to the shop in early March 2021 and enjoyed one of Fritz's wonderful stories from when he was traveling to the factories to evaluate ski manufacturing quality. He told me that Joey had taken over operations of the shop and Joey helped me chose some gear, of which he had an excellent amount of practical knowledge and experience with. We found what I was looking for, I never felt rushed or pressured. The pricing is fair and even better than what you would find online, the service is trustworthy, and the stories are endearing. I'm glad Fritz was my first and last stop of the day.

After a long hiatus from skiing, my skis needed to be tuned and my bindings needed to be replaced. I returned to a shop that I knew was good 20 years ago, and I was not disappointed. The service was great and I was impressed with the products for all types of skier. I was most impressed by the fact that they installed my new bindings and tuned up the skis in one day! The shop is still the place to go!
Went there to get a pair of boots that fit just the way I needed. They did that! Very friendly, informative, and helped me with all my questions! Would highly recommend and I'll be doing all my shopping here from now on!

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I called and asked a question and the guy said a bunch of rude stuff he didn’t think I could hear and past me off to someone else. I just can’t give money to someone like this or recommend a place that treats people like that.
