Chris (product advisor) helped me on a trade-in. Throughout the experience, Chris was an absolute professional and did not make me feel pressured to come to a decision quickly. He was extremely respectful throughout, and receptive to my opinion finding me a vehicle that fit my budget and daily needs. Tracy (finance) took the time to answer all my questions, even those not related to my purchase. She was extremely detailed during the process. She did not once offer me any additional services she did not think would be of a benefit to me. I was extremely grateful for her honesty and felt she had my best interests in mind. This is not my first vehicle purchase in Fredericton, but my first at any Toyota dealership. I will be a repeat customer based on my experience, and would highly recommend giving them a look.

My first attempt to get vehicle there was in 2011 and was not successful... attempt #2 was with Jim MacDonald! Success, we now have a Prius touring gen4! Jim was amazing to deal with! Don't hesitate to go see Jim! That's our fourth Toyota!
Came in to look at a Tundra and was immediately greeted by Mark Cronkhite. From the start he was super helpful and very knowledgeable with all the questions I had regarding the Tundras. Facility was very clean and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Will definitely be back when I'm ready to buy my new tundra!
