It's a decent company to work at. But pick up. I'm going to def. Say the service is below par. I had the most unpleasant experience with an older Asian lady working at the customer service desk. Who rather plays on her phone than actually doing her job. She just SAT there and says nope can't do that. As an employee who works for the same company at the SAME building. If this is how she treats me, I feel for the customers she deals with Ona. Daily bases.

FedEx’s customer service phone line is a joke, but Kim was very helpful to me at this location. After being transferred 5 times on the phone to track my package and being told they’re “unable” to ship to my home address or even bring it to a FedEx pick up location, I had to drive to this fulfillment centre myself to pick it up even after paying delivery fees. When I arrived, a nice lady named Kim helped me. She contacted the company I purchased from and was able to get them to refund my delivery charges, and was able to find my package quickly. Thank you again, Kim!
Terrible service from this branch. This location should be locked up. The drivers never get to the locations or deliver packages. This is the third time a certain FedEx driver would leave without delivering my package. This driver reports that the business is closed and access is controlled by the customer, yet a buzzer code was provided to FedEx. I am appalled at the servicer rendered here. To date, I am yet to get my package.
The worst customer service in the world. The employees here don’t care about service, when you ask them why your package is delayed the giggle and laugh at you. Absolutely ridiculous! A waste of time to come here! I’ll never use fedex again!
