They were helpful, but seemed like they didn't really want to answer my questions and just wanted to get me off the phone. Maybe they were having a bad day. Whatever the case... They still answered my questions

Hello! This Family Law Information Center is located inside the London Ontario court of justice building, located at the corner of Queens Avenue and Ridout street N. When you enter the front of the court house you will be required to go through a few second search, before entering the building! You will be asked to empty all your pockets into a bin including your phone wallet change keys etc... purses and any other items you may be bringing into the court house will be gone through by officers at this location! Then returned to you after going through a metal detector and then a person with a metal detector type wand! You will then proceed eastward to the last office on the left at end of hall go through these doors and immediately turn right the (FLIC) Family Law Information Center is now right in front of you. These wonderful people have helped me greatly in starting the process of stopping my payments to (F R O) Family Responsibilities office. I cannot thank them enough for allowing my worker to attend the meeting with me. It can get very busy very quickly! So I suggest getting there early in the morning take one of the sheet on the wall with a number on it fill it out and place it back into the slot below where you got it in the first place and then wait for them to come get you! They are all very understanding and listen well! Good luck to all who may need to visit here!
