Despite a rather youthful 10 years of service my water tank burst and my undersized boiler had literally worked itself to a premature death. Of course it is winter already. Of course all of the heat in my house depends on the boiler. Of course thanks to Covid everything is more complicated and lots of things are unavailable. And yet Ricardo and his team moved quickly and figured out how to keep my water on, dropped off heaters for comfort and sent total pros on the third day after my first distress call to fix my house infrastructure, install a new boiler and water tank and I was toasty warm again by the evening. What else can I say? They delivered what they promised; they were kind and quick about it; I recommend them.

After a scary middle of the night evacuation due to a carbon monoxide leak in our home we were lucky enough to stumble on the positive reviews about the Boiler Shoppe! I called them first thing on the holiday Monday and Ricardo promptly returned my call. Over the phone he was able to provide expert diagnosis and assess a bigger issue going on with our triangle tube furnace...it turns out that a faulty heat exchange had almost caused a deadly fire in our system. Throughout everything Ricardo accepted countless calls to troubleshoot with us. In the end, he offered us an exceptional new Viessman boiler at an extremely competitive price. Not only was he responsive and thorough but he also offered a calm ear during a very stressful ordeal. Thanks to the Boiler Shoppe!
I purchased a Goodman central AC unit from The Boiler Shoppe. Got really lucky I picked this company as I pretty much was just calling around asking about prices. The owner helped me pick the most efficient unit within my budget. Everyone involved was great to deal with. It was a big purchase for me and they understood. Nice people.
Highly recommended. Expert service and attention to detail at a good price. After speaking about a residential boiler installation with two other salesmen from two of the largest HVAC outfits in Toronto, who both gave inaccurate information, speaking to Ricardo, who has an engineering background and is the owner of the company, was a breath of fresh air. Ricardo's installation crew was polite, professional, hard working and answered all of my questions. I'm quite happy with my new Viessmann boiler installation a couple of weeks ago.
A friend of a friend recommended this company to me and I'm glad they did! My ancient central AC unit bit the dust at the tail end of last summer. I did not want to go into this summer dying of heat every night so I finally called The Boiler Shoppe. I'm actually looking forward to 30 degree weather to really test this baby out! The whole team was patient with me while I went back and forth trying to decide what unit to go with. Just a super pleasant experience from start to finish.
