We've always had good expierience with tssa. Inspectors and auditors are helpful. I get fast responses from customer service. Good organization.

TSSA is the WORST. I've tried to pay invoices for licenses. They take my money and say I'm all paid up. The license never shows up. Then they send an inspector to write me up for not having the licenses. Then they say the account is overdue, so I pay again, and we're back at the start. This cycle has repeated itself 4 times now. What a nightmare. I'd give 0 stars if it allowed me.

What a joke and money grab. I applied for TSSA and paid my fee. Once I spoke to the inspector he informed me that because my installer was being sub contracted and had his own TSSA, I would not need my own. Emailed them to get my money back because I do not need their services and they have completely ignored me and just decided to keep my money. What a joke! Keep your money people, there is no penalty for not having the certificate anyways. Pure money grab

The TSSA is an excellent example of bureaucratic waste. The legislation that the fuels inspectors follow and enforce is designed to protect the utility companies. If you as an excavator are in the unfortunate situation where you have to deal with a TSSA inspector due to gas infrastructure damage, don't waste your time trying to defend yourself. It's cut and dry in the legislation that TSSA will always find you at fault and as a result side with the utility company. They don't care about safety! The number of gas strikes continues to climb far above average this season across Ontario and the TSSA will get rich through 1000 fines to homeowners and small businesses across the province. They use puppet inspectors like Chad Coxon to serve fines to small business, homeowners, and operators as a means to deflect accountability from the utility company. The TSSA's practices undermine safety and promote complacency within the utility companies and their partners. The climbing utility strike incidents are a direct result of the lack of fair legislation to hold all parties responsible. The TSSA is a joke organization. It is dead weight that is funded through extortion and manipulation.

Really bad experience. When you ask for help, or questions to get more information, they brush you off and send you off to another place. Not helpful. Do the people who work there, actually work there? Seems like they didn’t want to do any work! Disappointed with the organization.

3 weeks and still waiting for a SCANTRON exam result, why dose our government endorse this?
