I couldn't have had a better experience buying my first car. Extremely knowledgeable staff who are nothing but kind and accommodating. There was no pressure and I always felt like I was getting all the needed information, not only on the car I was looking at but the other beautiful selection of vehicles they have. Rabee helped me every step of the way, he is extremely knowledgeable about all inventory and cars in general. I know so much more about cars in general. Recently bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 here. Great dealership, dealer was fair, honest, respectable, with the utmost integrity. The customer service was provided speedily and was beyond excellent. I couldn't be happier with the car and I definitely recommend this location.
I viewed their add for my car on Autotrader. The description was completely as advertised. The Staff wore a mask during the test drive and was very pleasant. Negotiation process was fair as long as you do not try to push the envelope to far. Car was certified with new rear brakes. It took 3 business days for the turn around from purchase to delivery. I took possession and within 2 weeks the front brakes started squealing. I took it back to the dealership and they arranged for their mechanic to take a look at the vehicle. New brakes were put on both front and back! Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend Shine Auto Sales despite the brake issue. Remember, it is a USED car dealership so there maybe flaws that they do not know about. Regardless, they still stand behind their sale up to 30 days out.
I recently bought an Audi Q7 from Shine Autos. Unfortunately within two days I noticed it was leaking oil. The good thing is they were very apologetic and paid for the repairs. Then, I discovered it was still leaking oil and they paid for another repair and finally, the garage found a very expensive coolant leak and they fixed that too. On top of that, they paid for Uber rides and even a car rental. Their after purchase service has been excellent and bottom line is that I would buy another car from them.
Never thought I'd find an honest pre-owned car dealership, this place is awesome. They literally talked me out of buying things I don't need and will never want, did not try to upsell, accommodated my very difficult schedule, and made the entire transaction easy and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend!
