Excellent on line purchasing and delivery service. The purchasing agent was polite and to the point with info and action. The two gentleman who delivered my new fridge and removed the old one where courteous and polite, one of them removed the buildup of snow on my walkway while the other was doing the door reversal, how better does it get? For an 8o year old the service was much appreciated Thank you!

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! Do not recommend. They will be very nice and promise things to secure a sale but when it comes to actually fulfilling those promises they back down. We were promised a complimentary mini fridge as ours was on back order and would take months to come. The sales associate called back to tell us he will no longer promise that item. If I did not go through the hassle of emailing their customer service department and speaking to the manager then we would not have gotten it. Now a month later we get our fridge and at the time of delivery we inspected the outside as the doors were sealed with styrofoam. Once our kitchen was renovated we put our fridge in only to see that they delivered us a damage fridge with scratches, broken shelf hooks, and misaligned drawers. Tried to speak to someone for an exchange and they couldn’t have cared less. They told us to speak to the manufacturer as it wasn’t their “problem”. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from this establishment.
Ordered a washing machine, it was delivered fast and on time. Delivery drivers were really nice too and even helped me to put my door back on its hinges. I would order from Canadian appliances again in the future. Wish it came with hoses though as I didn’t realize I needed to purchase them separately.
My dryer broke and needed one quickly. I placed an order online. Within 2 days I had a dryer installed while the other companies I phoned told me at least 3-5 days. The delivery men where quick and efficient! I was surprised to be given a delivery time of between 9-1 and they were at my house at 10:30 am. The pricing was also by far the best compare to all the other stores I looked at. I really liked that they let you know exactly when your dryer was getting delivered by providing you with a text message. Again very satisfied I highly recommend using them!
Absolutely awesome service! I ordered our new KitchenAid range on Aug 4th, 2 hours after I ordered my wife wanted to add a dehumidifier to the order. I used the live agent chat and Jane updated my ordered quickly. As of this morning, Aug 7th we have received our new range, unboxed and delivered by 11 AM. The delivery crew was professional and quick, removing our old range and bringing in the new one in position to be installed. LTI Logistics did a great job and provided great communication before and during delivery. I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source, great prices!! Join the VIP club, VERY worth it!! An awesome experience from start to finish.
