Don't let the fancy pool water sample computer make you think this operator knows what they are doing, as they clearly do not. Before sampling your pool water, they will waste your time taking all of your information for marketing. Then I was sold 140 worth of chemicals to treat my pool. After following the instructions provided and returning 3 days later with another sample from my pool which had become worse, i was told the initial approach was incorrect, without any empathy, and treated poorly by the elderly lady there. The younger lady tried to sell me algaecide, further suggesting this should have been the initial approach. Still no apology or empathy for the money and time i had wasted previously. Unfortunately their location was convenient so I gave them a chance, but after this horrible experience i will return to the professional operators in town, of which there are many to choose from. I highly recommend this company. My husband and l decided to purchase a heater for our pool last year. Best decision we made!! Now our family can enjoy a longer season with the water being comfortable. Shawn and his staff are fantastic!! Thanks For everything!! Krista
