This is the WORST dealership in Edmonton & that's saying a lot. You're better off driving to Calgary to get service at the Mercedes dealership there. Those guys are excellent. I brought my car in for an out of province inspection. I asked them 3 times if I needed the form or they provided it. They said they provided it. I got there early in the morning and gave me attitude for not having the form. When I got back with the form they put me at the bottom of the shuttle list. I got to work 3 hours late. When I picked up my car in the afternoon they kept me waiting an hour before they realized their employee took my car keys home. The total wait on an out of province was 7 hours wasted. Their level of incompetence is unbelievable! The staff was rude and condescending the whole time. The only good person there is the service manager. Everyone refused to give me a ride to the registry office while I waited for my car because they want to go home but him. When we got back they locked us out of the dealership because everyone left. The staff of this dealership are scum. Also they overcharge

Very poor experience. Poor customer service, promised follow up which never came, and dishonesty had me leave this dealership and buy elsewhere. This dealership is trying to sell premium used vehicles but aren't capable of a premium experience. It's guys like these that give used car salesman a bad reputation. Save yourself from the headache and shop elsewhere. Mercedes Edmonton West offered an entirely different and refreshing experience.

This dealership is as disorganized as the staff is dishonest. Each salesman had a different story for the same vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was advertised at two locations, with a 5k difference in price. After talking with 2 different staff members, and clearly catching them in multiple lies, I decided there was no way I would continue dealing with this company. There is an endless selection of dealerships to choose from. This was by far my worst experience, and I would not recommend anyone deal with this organization.

Got a GREAT deal on a Fusion from the sales team super easy to deal with! Lukas was super relaxed no pressure just grabbed a set of keys and just chatted didnt even try to sell me the car just said here take it drive it around for the day bring it back before close. So i bought it ! I really dont know what other reviews are saying about the service department... they dont have one there Mercedes services is done at Heritage Valley Mercedes... Also bought a set of tires there and the advisor Charmaine was great knew so much about tires i was very impressed and i got the tires for cheaper than ANYWHERE else in Edmonton or online! They also did a great job on the detailing the car looks 100% brand new inside people always assume it just rolled off the new car lot.
