My husband Fred Cree bought a truck at Waterloo Ford last week. Sales lady Kim helped him out, she did a great job. Now it was my turn. I wasn’t too comfortable on the pricing, I wanted a lower payment. Kim was very persistent on getting me what I wanted, she didn’t give up and got me what I wanted! And my new Lincoln will be delivered directly to me! Thank you so much Kim! And thank you Waterloo Ford you guys are amazing ! I will absolutely recommend you to my friend’s and when it’s time I will be back ! Cheers!!

I called two dealerships for parts (I needed a camshaft). I was not impressed with the service reception with my first call and very impressed with my second (Waterloo). I spoke with Erin who asked me all the right questions and I could tell, even on the phone, she had a smile on her face. I went by the store today and ordered the part. She asked if I needed accompanying parts, for example, gaskets, bolts and seals. In fact she said she would go speak to the service technician and see what s/he suggested as 'must' items. Needless to say, I was impressed. She did provide a itemized list. Old school service, thank you to Erin and the Parts Dept. at Waterloo. If this is how you treat your customers, in the event I look at buying a new vehicle, I will definitely come to this establishment first.

I took my 2020 F150 in for it's first scheduled maintenance. The lady who greeted me in the service bay was very polite and proceeded to tell me exactly what they would be looking over. She then brought me to a lounge area where I was able to sit comfortably and wait for the service to finish. I was told it would be approximately 1-2 hours... and it was finished in about an hour and a half. Perfectly estimated. I have prepaid service so I was given an invoice showing a balance of zero, as well as a report card showing all the services performed. There was also a recommendation section that showed a rock chip and the suggested price to pay. All in all a quick and easy experience. Waterloo Ford continues to provide amazing and friendly service.

Ron Bergoine at Waterloo Lincoln is an excellent salesman to deal with. Very low key, easy to deal with. Always nervous buying a car as we can feel pressured to buy when we're not ready. Ron made us feel very welcome and not in anyway rushed. Love our new Lincoln.

I’m a disabled Veteran who drove 14 hours to purchase a pre owned 2017 Ford F-350 from this dealership. The weather was cold so logically we didn’t use the sunroof until a month later at which time we found it has a common issue which prevents it from opening. A local Ford dealership confirmed the track which the sunroof rides upon were broke, a problem which Ford has service bulletins out for. I contacted this dealership about the 600 repair estimate for this fix and immediately got the run around when asked what their take was on sunroof. When I got upset because they chose to do nothing about this issue I was called an “extortionists” because I told them it will cost them a bad review and word of mouth travels fast. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles as stated, I was never even contacted after the sale to see how we were enjoying our truck. I don’t think a disabled Veteran on a disability pension is an “extortionist” wanting a dealership to take responsibility for an issue which clearly should have been rectified before the sale. The truck was also sold with an open recall that was months old. Follow up to owners response; Forwarded my contact information as requested, as expected, nothing done! They act concerned about a bad review but do nothing to rectify the issue. Was hoping to change a poor review into a good one but no such luck. You can’t be an “extortionist” for telling the truth!
