We recently made the decision to switch to a different company, and to spite us they are refusing to send us our employees hours to date. We are technically with them until the end of the month, and they've decided to cut us off now to inconvenience us. We are not the only company they are doing this to. In fact apparently they've had their lawyers send out letters to companies like mine demanding that we stop "harassing" them. I would strongly advise against using Mercon, and have correspondence that I'm willing to share with anyone who might be on the fence about using them. Stay away from these petty, vindictive hacks. Gabrielle especially.

They have been sending me in circles about my claims for almost a month now. Even their online portal seems to eat up attachments and no one knows what to do. I can't seem to get a consistent answer.

Spoke to a lady named Ashley and she was nothing but rude. Maybe find better customer care people. Would not recommend this place until they find better staff. She sucked.

Got an email saying if i didnt reply to my benefits offer it was going to expire in 2 days, so i replied and was told to provide my sin number and birthdate, checked with my employer and apparently we go through bluecross, nice try scammers

Holy! Such terrible customer service. I called to inquire about benefits and spoke to the rudest lady on the phone. I’m not enrolled with them nor will I ever be after that conversation.
