Excellent service all around! We were served by Justin Tham, who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He patiently took the time to help me explore all my options, and was very accommodating with the test drives and my vehicle order. This was my first Mercedes purchase and he made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend Justin! My finance manager Anastasia was also amazing - very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She lined up everything for me perfectly and made the entire process effortless! Overall a wonderful experience at the Heritage Valley dealership!

My sales person was Peter. He made me feel welcomed to the dealership right away, and after discussing the price of a new Mercedes, he gave me a good deal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy finalizing the deal that day. Then he did even more, after I got home, I realized I had forgotten some items in my trade in, and he made sure the items were returned to me. Thank you Peter, for an unforgettable experience!!

My initial dealings with this dealership were good, but the car I ordered arrived not as requested and the cheap \fix\ made to make right the SUV has been pretty poor. In the end I paid a high price for a feature on the car which it didn't come with and the cheap fix has needed repairs for well over a year and they couldn't be bothered to deal with it. After eight months of waiting, they would eventually return a call, but that was only to get me in for a service long after the issue couldn't be dealt with anymore in that location because I had left the province. In the end I was pretty disappointed in my first ever experience with Mercedes.

I assume Mason was new here cuz I've never seen him before in this dealership. But no doubt he had the best skills on selling and explaining recommendations. I had a fantastic experience with him and hopefully I can get my G63 from him at the lowest price. Awesome service and straightforward advice. Would recommend him to everyone. BTW he was really charming, so don't stare at his eyes too long.
