If I could give no stars that's what I would do. I called in the begining of Aug to plan my son's 14th birthday party. I prepaid through Groupon 170 bucks for a group of 12. I then Called and spoke to a lady to make sure I was booked for Sept 6th for 2pm. She said to show up 10 mins early. I revived my emails and everything confirming. We got there at 130 and stayed till 225 and no one opened the doors. I called 3 times and left a message no one called me back no one answered. I'm very disappointed that I drove 2 hrs with 2 car loads. I'm very angry

Laser Quest is a fun place to visit, whether it's with friends or for a special occasion like a birthday party. The game arena is pretty big and has lots of places to kill and be killed. There are also party rooms, snacks, and a few games to keep you entertained between matches. It also helps that the prices aren't exorbitant.

After they announced they were open again (after covid) we called and them purchased 4 tickets for the afternoon. We showed up 20 mins early as they ask you to, and we waited for 45mins. No one showed up. It's been a week since we left messages and such eoth no reply. No refund or contact has been given from LQ.

The team was amazing and delivered full energy, despite just the two of us! I believe our guides name was Thomas and he was relatively new. He was super fun, super outgoing and professional! The manager on duty was awesome as well (offered us a little exit game). I took my little there as part of the Big Brother mentorship program and they had a 2 for 1 deal for the organization. Huge arena, great times!! We'll be back!

Fun place to play a game of laser tag with friends or other people. The workers were very friendly and nice. Everyone had a good time. This location is little tricky to get into if you are coming from the Northside. So watch for the street entrance.

I would give a lower rating, but not possible. We had prepaid and booked for Aug 22nd at 3:30pm for a birthday party. Well we all show up 10 minutes early as per email instructions and it is closed. Although their website says that they opened at 2pm until 10pm. Thank you Laver Quest for ruining a 10 year old boys birthday party that he was looking forward to. Its pretty sad we were required to pay and book up front, but NOT honor the service!!! Isn't that like fraud or theft???

While the staff at the desk were pretty nice, the Marshall (referee basically) mumbled the rules and let us go, we played teams, 4 against 4 and the enemy team was cheating horribly, blocking sensors, crouching, climbing, and blind firing (all against the rules) and the Marshall did nothing, the Marshall then rubbed it in our teams face by saying we got demolished etc. Place would be great if the marshalls would do their job and stop cheaters. We bought a 3 game pass, but quit after the second, no fun in playing against cheaters.
