Pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. Love the car. Love their selection of cars. The entire experience was a pleasure. Adballa flat out lied to me about being approved for the vehicle I wanted. I already knew I had poor credit. I had simply asked if I could afford the vehicle I specified. Look, life happens and you can't always get what you want. But for a salesperson to flat out lie and then try to shame and intimidate me into a purchase that I specifically said I didn't want... well if Northside Nissan/I-Drive Canada isn't going to show a modicum of support they can stuff it. I will be filing a consumer complaint for this dealership as I believe this contravened Section 6(1.1, 2(a), ), 4(a). No one should be belittled for having poor credit, especially if the consumer in question has worked their butts off to pay their current obligations faithfully and on time. BUYER BEWARE, DON'T GO HERE.

I don’t usually leave google reviews, but after the experience I had at Sherwood Kia I absolutely had to. I’ve got to say it was hands down the best customer service I’ve received at any dealership in the Edmonton area. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Robbie and Jade (sorry if I shouldn’t mention their names) for their professionalism and understanding during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle!
