We had issues with our Hot Water Tank and reached out to Hydro-Flo at about 6pm. We received a call back within 10 minutes from Todd who was very professional and ran a diagnostics over the phone. Todd arranged to come the next morning, assessed the issue, and had a solution within 5-10 minutes. He was able to source the motor that was needed and was able to arrange for it to be covered directly through our warranty. The responsiveness and service was much appreciated. Would recommend to family and friends.
