This place has caring and attentive staff. You do have to be careful though as the staff is so charming that I ended up buying my dream car! Be careful. They might actually pull off a deal you didn't think was possible. Tyler is the man btw.

Had the BEST experience here. I’ve dealt with lots of dealerships but both Erwin and Andy at the house of cars went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I wanted in my vehicle. I drove off the lot today feeling like the baddest and most classy woman. The time they spent making sure I was happy with my purchase was without a doubt the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will for sure be coming back in the future for any type of service or modifications. Great job guys!
We dealt with Connor and Andy over the last few days. They managed to work on a refinancing deal that cut our interest, improved our terms and actually swung us some cash back! End of term, we will be saving close to 8k in interest. Our experience was pleasant, stress free and the guys were very friendly and professional. It was amazing to work with people who know and have a passion for the same vehicles we do! The shop was immaculate, as well! 15/10 will do business with them again!
Go see Irwin @ House of Cars! This gentleman went above and beyond for me. They cut my interest rate practically in half and my payments are 200 dollars less a month, for a much nicer ride! Plus, they gave me 1500 cash back! When I do the math, it doesn't even make sense how good of a deal I got. The staff is fantastic and ACTUALLY care about getting you the best deal. The vibes are excellent here and I would recommend House of Cars to anyone. But, don't listen to me, go see for yourself!
If you're looking for a vehicle, or if you have bad credit, this is the place to go! I was looking through the website on night at 3am wishing I would get approved for a car, and stumbled on a 2015 Subaru Brz. I've had horrible credit for the past couples years due to making dumb decisions when i was 18. I checked the APR rating on there website and was called the next morning. When you first walk into the dealership, you'll notice that everyone in there is happy, and super kind. No bad vibes what so ever!! They also have a beautiful 6 speed manual Murcielago on display that id love to take pictures of one day. * wink wink* John M is an amazing sales man, and didn't push anything on me that I didn't want. I told him I was interested in the car, but I didn't think i was gonna get approved at all. He sat with me for a couple hours explaining the different possibilities we could do to help repair my credit and also get me into a car that I like (this is my 9th car hehe). After I chose the brz, John took care of all the rest of the work before handing all the info off to Cody. They both worked hard at getting me the best rate possible and payments to fit my budget! Thanks again! If you're looking for a car please give House Of Cars some interest, because they wont do you wrong!
