I had the furnace in my rental property replaced 3 years ago through Furnace Family. This time I had them do furnace maintenance. Both times, they did everything hassle free. They connected with my tenant for the service. I got a call when the work was done. Seamless. Very efficient, they answered all questions effectively, I had a friend who recently had her furnace replaced by Furnace Family and she said they’re really good. I know that when I have to replace my own furnace in the future, I will be calling them. Great work ethic, Furnace Team.

I used the Furnace family for installation of a new hot water tank after my hot water died after 15 years of use. I have a floor water heating system so it required a special tank. Jeff Rose did an excellent job in finding that type in Calgary and had it shipped over. He provided me with a reasonable quote for the work. He prioritized my work as we were out of hot water for over a week already. Installation was done on the same day he received the water heater. On top of all, Jeff also took care of a leak in my floor heating system without charging me anything extra for it. Kevin was very professional and good at his work during installation. He did a good job as well and my place was left as clean as before. After I had paid for their services, I realized that they offer Airmiles and asked them to add for my installation. Christine confirmed me it was done already. I can gladly recommend the Furnace Family and will use them for any future need. They deserve more than 5 stars!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Furnace Family did an amazing job of assessment, installation and clean up when they replaced our broken furnace in very short order. We had them replace our hot water tank since they were there and it was ancient. To keep our home warm, after a nearly midnight emergency call, they immediately brought over heater fans the next morning. This was our second interaction with this company as we are so impressed. We have lots of hot water and our home heat is very stable and we don't always hear the furnace come on like the old one.

Amazing service! I called a couple of local furnace company to try and fix and give me an estimate on a new furnace. The first company was a total scam and tried to sell me a 5000 furnace and did not fix the issue. Thank goodness I decided to call family furnace and Jamie came out and not only did he fix the furnace (in which he said was a common issue that only needed a 2 min fix) but gave me a more reasonable quote for furnace . That is honest service and show professionalism in a short amount of time!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
