The salesman who came by to sell us this security system told me the doorbell camera will reach out as far as the road and take videos. Well it doesn’t. My truck was stolen a few nights ago and I have no footage. Not their fault my truck was stolen but it would have been nice to have had it recorded like they told me it would. Really dig into it before you get it. Because once you sign the dotted line good luck reaching anyone.

I’ve had a security system for like a year and a half and I love it. I can leave my dogs at home and not worry about anything happening to them. I love the sales rep that came by my house and that he actually answers his phone if I ever have any questions. I don’t even have to call into Fluent I can just call him. His name is Tanner if anyone is wondering and he’s the best thanks again Tanner if your reading this!!
If there was a negative star I would pick it. The only reason we have this is for the doorbell camera which hasn’t worked in over three months. We talked to a person that was supposed to help us fix it and he had no clue about anything. My girlfriend had to read the instruction manual to him and he ended up hanging up because he knew nothing. The company won’t give a rebate for the time it hasn’t worked and wouldn’t let us talk to a supervisor. Definitely canceling, it’s a joke.
A nice young man named Tanner Hayden came to my door and helped me get exactly what I wanted in a smart home system. I even got my family members to sign up and now we all have the Fluent system and we couldn’t be any happier! I’ve had it about a year now and I’ve never had any issues, I would highly suggest contacting Tanner if you are interested in home security.
We had a break in last spring and we reaching out to Telus but they tried to rent us the equipment. We ended up having a rep from Fluent stop by our house and he was awesome so we signed up and we have absolutely no regrets and we LOVE our system. Thanks again Tanner for helping us get that peace of mind we were looking for!
