The staff was so helpful and friendly explaining everything! They have scent bar to choose from to make your own scents even. I have oils from this company that are OLD and still smell just as amazing as when I bought them 15 years ago! I’m so glad I discovered them all over again in West Ed.

so far, so bad. I simply have a question regarding my malfunctioning diffuser. For 7 hours the phone number to the WEM location has been busy and I have left 2 detailed messages on the 1-800 number :( Update.... to be fair I finally just made the trip to WEM and the staff was wonderful. They plugged the diffuser in to verify it wasn't working and gave me a new one. In and out in less than 4 minutes.
