Service is always wonderful. Thank you to the 7 days a week conscience with quick lane! Mixed feelings about buying experience. Sales team is young but very well informed, helpful and knowledgeable. very low pressure from managers making it quick and speedy! Debbie in finance was very brash, and had us waiting for a very long period of time before even seeing us. When she did, she was very condescending and honestly not very pleasant to deal with.

Had probably the best dealer experience here, from the first email to taking possession of the truck! I found the truck I really liked online and sent in a message asking if they had the same one but in a different color, almost instantly Joe messaged me back with the exact truck I wanted and his best price. Honestly I was a little shocked with how upfront he was. I came in a couple days later with my wife to take a look at the truck and he had it out front and warmed up ready to go when we got there. Everything looked good so we decided that it was the one for us. I was sure there would be something hidden in the fees or some “ doc fee” or something but he was true to his word, zero hidden fees or cost and the price he told me was the price I paid out the door. Additionally they didn’t try to up sell me or add anything additional. They were very professional. Now delivery of the truck was a breeze, showed up on a Thursday, truck was ready to go with 3 signatures I was in and out in under 45 min. I’m a very busy person so dealing with an operation as organized as these guys was a breeze. I am so pleased with my experience here I will be telling anyone and everyone who is interested in a ford that these guys are the only ones to buy from!

Bought a new 2021 Ford F-150 from them. I very happy with the truck and the deal I was given. Joe the sales manager is very fair and easy to deal with. Debbie in the finance department explains everything really well and worked hard to get me approved. If your looking for a Ford to see Joe, he will take care of you! Great place to do business!

Brought my fusion in here about a week ago just to have a fuse changed out and to see if they could find my block heater it was 35 below outside at the time they fixed the fuse and only charged me 20 bucks so that was nice but they informed me that the block heater is installed but the cord is a option ! Can you believe that it's a option ! They want 200 bucks to install it so yeah I didn't end up getting it installed and I learned that companies will go pretty far to make a dollar
