Hi guys just wanted to let you know I am less than impressed with the way this coach got delivered. Totally understanding it is a used unit however was promised by Steve my sales rep othing leaves unless its fixed\. Purchased the unit on a Saturday was told unit would be ready the following Saturday Carefree then called to say it was ready early... \come Friday\ not ready early instead due to service not doing what was requested on the sales order unit was there 10 more days. Back to Calgary we go! 10 days later came to pick up and instead of the service manager going through what was fixed he simply started the unit and said\bye\ to me. Away I went to Calgary...shame on me for thinking the service manager looked after all this and made sure it was ready as he told me on the phone. Got to Calgary and... Things that were to be fixed and still are not -Latches on outside cabinets battery compartment, the one I asked about the day we first seen the unit and put an offer in still doesn't work -exhaust brake i was told by Darcy the sales manager it was working and is not -windshield washer sprayers don't work. 1 doesn't spray and 1 sprays in front of the coach. Good if I want to keep the dust down I guess. Steve you were great to deal with until Carefree got the cash (the original day of pick up when we left as it wasn't ready)then you brushed me off to service other than a couple things like the vin number and a pic of the awning when I wasn't there. If I sold a unit I would follow it through as the people who bought it just put food on my table! Dealing with a service manager i would hope he has some kind of quality control to make sure his staff is doing what is required. I would sure hope Carefree RV would rectify this situation without me bringing the unit all the way back to Edmonton and costing me more money!

My wife and I recently bought a Winnebago Travel Trailer from Carefree RV, it was a great experience, George our sales rep was very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns as we are new to the RV world.Went for orientation and pick up which was handled by Jim, he showed us how everything works in slow time not rushing us. Great Guys!
I purchased RV almost two and half years ago with the contract including special discount storage fee for lifetime. Last year they said the owner has been changed and they could not do anything and they do not have any contact info of previous owner. First time one of reasons they said was they did not have storage, and second time they said they had storage but they could not give special discount which previous owner promised. The buyers must be careful about contract. Who knows the ownership would be changed after you buy.
