Great place with friendly staff. I also appreciate that they don't let people pull down their masks to smell the products. When I did lower my mask, an employee politely told me to not pull down my mask and then showed me how I could still smell the wonderful scents.

Really love coming here for the hand soaps & other products. The staff are attentive and helpful what I didn't like so much was not being able to smell the product properly as I had to keep my mask on. Love their aromatherapy line & how often they have sales

I often go here because it is well stocked and the staff are friendly. I recently discovered that any item can be returned if you're not satisfied and was very pleased because I had a small collection of candles and scent bulbs I couldn't use because of a scent sensitivity to certain fragrances. The staff was super helpful and exchanged the old products for me with no problem. It's a clean welcoming store.

I went to shop here at Bath & Body Works Kingsway for Boxing Day. I wish I could give 0 stars. Really poor management. I waited in line for 1 hour not feeling valued and watched the people behind me as well feeling tired and irritated some even sitting on the floor already. Their system of having an “express lane” is wrong and useless. If you want to have two lines by all means let it happen but make sure YOU ALTERNATE LET ONE PERSON GO FROM THE LEFT LANE AND ONE PERSON GO FROM THE RIGHT LANE AT THE SAMETIME. NOT one long line while you have a short line that makes people feel like they are a vip. Majority of customers waited in the long normal lane anyways. The management has to take this into consideration. It’s normal to have a long line but MAKE SURE IT IS FAIR TO EVERYONE and not just “priority” people. The sales associate even said it’s not a guarantee that if I were to go into the express line that I could get in right away. WHERE IS THE LOGIC HERE!? Please take this as a learning lesson. I like the products at Bath & Body Works but the management will have me losing interest in your business if the system remains unfair. I was at the Londonderry Bath & Body Works for Boxing Day before going to Kingsway and things were running smoothly there with their lines. Come on Kingsway Bath & Body Works FIX YOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!! Also other retailers that are popular don’t do this have “express line” learn from them.
