My experience through the salesman I dealt with (Ian) was amazing. The aftermath was terrible. The finance woman we were sent to (Amanda I believe) was harsh, did not explain everything in detail, and somehow wrote in a life and disability claim without our knowledge (even after declining this package)! That is a full term of interest on a few thousand dollars that thankfully I caught once the bank sent me the agreement package. It was within the 30 days of cancelation so I called to have them change it and asked for proof that we even signed for it. Nothing back, no proof. No reprimand for technically theft of a client. Then issues with the awning being stuck out on the first use where we were completely stranded in limited cell service with no help from arrkann. We had to drive to rocky mountain to get a different technician to make it safe to drive home. Finally after getting that fixed by arrkann (took months) they damaged it AGAIN while taking it out of a bay, lied about it, and made us wait again for more parts. Overall not happy with any of this experience aside from the salesperson. Arrkann states that they pride themselves on customer service but this is absolutely false.

ArrKann Amazing experience! Stopped in to the North Edmonton location as it was highly recommended by a friend after our horrible time with GO RV. Ian was helpful, straight forward, knowledgeable and patient as we chased around our 10 month old. He showed us several trailers that suited our wants / needs. We picked up our trailer at the Sherwood Park location less than a week later. The whole buying and financing experience was quick (but thorough), transparent and painless. All the staff including sales, service and parts at both locations (North Edmonton and Sherwood Park) were excellent and very accommodating. Night and day experience between go RV and ArrKann.
Excellent experience buying our Keystone Springdale. Our salesperson Dylan was a very cool laid back guy that knows his stuff. David and the others in Finance were great and made the whole process very enjoyable. Louise was one of the best people we dealt with. She knew all the ins and outs and how everything worked always making sure to help us out any time we called or stopped in for something. The guy that did our setup and walk-through could not have been more helpful. He took his time to go over everything several times so I would know how it works and what to expect. Would recommend to anyone looking for an RV or trailer.
The folks here were great, it may sound odd to say but I feel like family when dealing with Dylan and the rest of the staff.
