Flawless transaction. Chris was just awesome. The team did a great pre-delivery inspection as I had to pick up the unit and go camping right away. Great follow up as well. Chris liked my truck too...so that bought him extra points
I found the staff at Allan Dale RV great to deal with. I purchased a Cargo Trailer and they were very accommodating and really down to earth kind of people. After the purchase, which was a great price. I found a small issue with the trailer. Informed Allan Dale RV of the issue, and they were completely understanding and went right to work to fix the issue. Allan Dale RV definitely came through for me, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rem, Wendy, and Scott.
Absolutely worst customer service called for a quote to get some panels replaced on my enclosed trailer in the spring well its been 8 months now still no phone call to tell me a price. This is the last place I will buy or take my trailers to get repaired . Too bad I bought a couple trailers off them
