The driver went to the wrong address for the pick up, then swore at me when I asked to get one to the proper address. The dispatcher told me it was my fault because the automated dispatch service switched the address and street. Terrible service.

Do NOT ever use Co-op cab. The driver OR customers were Caught steeling from a small locally owned shop. Taxi Number 464.

am writing as I am very disappointed in the service I have received this week. Monday the cab was 20 minutes late. When I spoke to a call taker she was polite and helpful. Tuesday the cab was 5 minutes late and I was given notice it was running behind. Wednesday the cab was again 30 minutes late, so when I called to ask about it , the call taker was very rude. I booked a cab again for Thursday and the order was not processed. When I called Thursday to check on the cab status, the call taker was very helpful and got a car rushed over. I understand the weather is poor. I have been booking these cabs ahead as I want to make sure my two small children get to school safely. I am very disappointed with the customer service of the second call taker. I also asked her to have a manager reach out to me. This is my first experience with cabs as I am used to being able to drive, but unfortunately, being a single mother I need to get to work. My children normally walk but I am not comfortable with the cold weather. I even have tried to book the cab earlier to help prevent them from being late for school, They have been late every day this week.

Racist and discrimination are what I got on new year's eve. Meanwhile, I had rented a room to complete a research paper on food insecurity. Only to have the cab driver assume that I could not pay for my 6 ride to my house as if paying for a room wasn't bad enough. He refused to take me, and though I tried to do it correctly and reach his boss, I wasn't able to; I refuse to get out and said that I would exit upon the arrival of the other cab dispatched to me. Having to use my bank card, I was unwilling to pay 2x as it charges my card. And being honest, I seen right through his motives. He then later did drive me as I said I was not going to accommodate him and stand out on the street with a heavy bag which had my computer and tons of textbooks,pj's and a blanket I had brought, as I had been up all night working on it. IAM Indigenous and am proud to be, but I must admit that morning I was hurt, my spirit was hurt, I felt what many must be put through all the time. They need education and to great people with dignity! Regardless of what they go through, if they need the 10 that bad to make someone feel unworthy and not good to pay a trip that close, maybe they should be in a position that doesn't provide harmful service to the public; such as discrimination and racism. It was an awful experience.

I used Co-Op taxi service twice while I was visiting Edmonton for business. The first time was actually a pretty positive experience which led me to use the service again the following day. The second driver was terrible. We took this second cab on October 31, 2018 starting in the North end of the city going downtown. The vehicle was a white minivan (vehicle # 198) and it was super dirty with garbage everywhere. The cab smelled and there were opened packages of beef jerky littered all over the floor in the back of the vehicle. For some reason, the cab driver (driver ID 1210) was using the back-seat cup holders in front of us to “store” at least a dozen used tea bags (photo of it uploaded). They were layered on top of each other all damp and mouldy. It was disgusting. The cab driver was using his cell phone on one occasion while stopped at an intersection while on route which made us feel unsafe and he kept sticking in the left lane randomly waiting behind other vehicles waiting to take a left in an intersection. We kept asking him to go around the car so as to stop lingering for no good reason but he appeared rather confused by our comments. We also complained about the garbage and he moved some of it, which I suppose was mildly helpful and responsive, but the smell was unbearable. I later tried calling Co-Op customer service when I returned to the hotel a couple of times but I couldn’t get through to anyone, so perhaps someone with the company will address this issue via these comments?
