We purchased a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter from this location. We’re having it converted to a camper. From the moment we walked in William made us feel welcome. He was dressed to the nines and well we looked like we had just walked out of a Ford dealership. (Probably just did). Despite this and not looking like the type of clientele you’d expect at a Mercedes dealer he was awesome. William took us to his desk and spent time building a sprinter for us from the ground up. He answered our questions, if he didn’t know something he would find out for us. We didn’t purchase a Sprinter at this time because it was going to be more than we wanted to spend. Maybe we should go back to the ford dealership? a few months later I received a email for 2019 clear out. We contacted William regarding a specific van. He quickly located the van for us. We met William the following day and test drove the rig. As we got back to the dealer William had the paperwork sorted, numbers crunched and was ready for when we excited the vehicle welcomed us back. He answered further questions and then when it came to sign we were comfortable we were the right choice and very thankful William made our dream become within our reach. Post purchase William has been there every step of the way, following up, ensuring recalls are sorted, answering my questions about some upfitting I’m doing to the rig and always being a phone call away when I need him to be. Definitely recommend Midtown and William to anyone thinking about a van purchase. As for the service Steve in the service department has been a gem. Very professional, approachable (despite being built like a tank) and communicating throughout the day the progress of the work being done. Great job team!

I had such a pleasant experience of buying a new car at midtown MB. Vinny is such a professional, experienced and honest person who helped me to choose my car and close a great deal. Growing up, the name Mercedes carried a prestige which I associated success with. After a recent service experience I was initially very disappointed with how the service manager handled the matter, but I must say that that the upper management and the owners of the dealership have reinstated what I believed Mercedes stood for growing up, and that they try their utmost to provide the best experience. I would like to forward my gratitude to the owners and the upper management for their consideration for the little guys.
