Excellent experience time after time. Incredible prices, selection and quality. These guys do retail right. They have gear for niche sports as well as clothing and gear suitable for different types of weather conditions. Sizing is accurate and cuts are flattering. Did I mention the customer service? It's exceptional. They are now my de facto sport store. I would not consider ordering anywhere else.

Nice enough store. Packed to the nines with sports stuff which I'd have loved to look over. Was trying to find something specific, but got bounced around a few times before someone actually checked to see if it was in stock. But I've only been there once and it was really busy (right before a lockdown) so keep that in mind when reading.

I had a really bad experience with Decathlon Montreal’s customer service and their whole ways of handling problems. Decathlon Ottawa fixed the problems for me. Decathlon Ottawa’s customer service was top notch. I talked to two agents, Emmanuel and Fraser. Emmanuel dissolved all the issues that I had as a customer who was frustrated with the corporate. He was patient, caring and understanding. Fraser was very informative about road bikes. More importantly, the quality of the road bike (RC120) was beyond my expectations. I was sceptical about Micro-shift derailleurs but they work perfectly and smoothly. The build quality is incomparable to any other bikes in sub 1000 category even though this bike is priced at only 550. I’ve ridden many 1000-1500 bikes from 2007-2014 and this bike beats all of them. Thanks a lot for your service and Product. I look forward to continuing my cycling journey with Decathlon Ottawa.

I was calling around looking for inflatable kayaks at every location because they were sold out online, thankfully I spoke with Thomas Faugier from the Ottawa location and he helped me get my hands on one by personally delivering it to Toronto within two days. I was very impressed that someone would go out of their way to help me like that. He's a awesome guy and definitely worth shopping at this store/location, not to mention the kayaks are fantastic quality. Since then he has also helped two more of my friends acquire kayaks in Toronto,.

Just beginning to get into road biking and had very little knowledge about the equipment and necessary fixes. Julien helped me for almost 2.5 hrs and was extremely helpful and informative. This guy deserves a raise I had the best shopping experience ever. Can't wait to pick up my bike after the full service to be done. Julien is the man!

Advertised hunting pants not as described so noisy game could hear me coming a mile away. Cost me over 20 to return them, very easy and fast refund though.

Came here on my lunch break just to check out the store. They’ve got everything here! They seem to stock their own brands only and prices seem very fair. I tried on some soccer and climbing shoes during my visit and although the quality doesn’t appear top tier, it’s definitely good value for the price. They even have the facilities/equipment to try their products before you buy. Oh and there’s a cafe if you need a snack or some rest while you shop. I’m glad we’re getting more variety in Ottawa.
