I highly recommend Burloak Heating and Air. They installed a gas heater in my garage years ago and most recently replaced the furnace, AC and humidifier in my house. Excellent communication, excellent installations and follow up. I have no hesitation referring anyone to Burloak.
Asked for my AC to be fixed and it was done fine. A rather rude \Les\ reached out barrating me months later asking for payment. The thing is I sent a check to them MULTIPLE TIMES, they have not picked it up and it keeps getting returned. 0 Communication regarding this except some invoice I cannot pay online sent to my email a few times. Now I'm out the money for tracking, got a rude email and keep haaving to send this stupid check out. Tried calling with no pickup. Ridiculous.
Sad to say,I would not give them a 1 star rating- They came round to see what was needed and a week later I still have no quote and no return call. I won't be giving them my business, even if they are just down the road!
