The roads are awful and it was built in a swamp

They are making nice additions to the trailer park including a play area for the kids and they do have an area for RV/ Boat/vehicle storage but the management seems skeptical of any person under the age of 40. Also very quick to point out the crime in the area. Kootos to them for their honesty.
