I've now had a few experiences with drivers not being updated about paid duties, drivers lying about me (the customer) requesting pickup from their Customer Center, and them not having any idea where my packages are. Not to mention when you try to call, you're routed to a call centre over seas who refuses to allow you to contact anyone at the local customer centre. I will never use UPS again, and strongly suggest avoiding UPS as a delivery option.

The \service\ provided by UPS aspires to pathetic. Do not engage them for delivery services for any reason whatsoever - you're wasting your time, money and oxygen. The item will not be delivered on time, nor will it be delivered at any reasonable later time and more than likely it will never be delivered. You will spend hours on the phone to resolve it with no success. My assumption is that they're getting paid regardless so there's no need for them to actually do the job they were hired for. A zero star rating is too high.

UPS Delta BC warehouse has lost my Canadian passport and visa documents that were on its way back to me in mid-December. I called in to complain and was told it would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't. I called in again the next day and the agent said there was no record that the package would have been delivered the previous day, so the first agent lied. I filed a claim on Dec.22 and there has been no news since. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I can't get in touch with Delta BC warehouse specifically, am stranded without my passport - has anyone else been in this situation? How can I get UPS to respond to this and find my passport?
