Great little gym, at the times I tend to go its usually not very busy (7pm) and the staff here is friendly and helpful. Falisha is a great personal trainer, highly recommended her if you're looking for help starting off, or just need someone to give you pointers on your technique. I definitely recommend this gym.

Looked into this gym after they opened their newer location in Trenant Park Square and the monthly fee to Ladner Leisure Centre had its seemingly annual increase yet again. The monthly fee was quite a lot lower than LLC and the gym amenities are all there for a great workout and shower/clean-up before heading out. The manager, trainers and customer service staff are all extremely friendly and actually 'present' in their jobs; their focus is always on improving the gym to better serve the members, or offering suggestions/tips to its members so they may better use the gym! It is great to workout there and feel the support as a person on my fitness path instead of a target for some high pressure sales (as can happen @ other bigger private clubs). In my experience management is open to suggestions on new equipment ideas or similar things. Obviously this gym can't cater to everyones specific requests due to expense and space limitations, but they are yet to totally shut my pie-in-the-sky ideas down or refuse to hear me out. I am also extremely grateful I can set up camp in the squat rack and not get fined for loitering. Edit- I would also like to applaud their covid protocols to maintain a safe environment for us to continue training. Aside from my own home, this is one of few places I feel secure during this pandemic.
I love this place! Not only the staff are friendly but the overall atmosphere is professional and machines are neatly placed within the gym. It has nice covid guidelines and overall the members are amazingly responsible.
