My experience with Campbell’s was great. Brittany and Cheryl were very courteous and were very apologetic when they had to cancel my appointment. Geoff, the technician was wonderful. He wore his mask the whole time he was working on my fireplace He was also helpful with explaining how to change the batteries and the settings from manual to remote. He also should me on what page in the manual I can find this information in case I forget I will definitely use Campbell’s again Thank you Lisa Hughes

We had Campbell supply a technician to troubleshoot and repair our gas fireplace. The tech, Marc, arrived as scheduled. He was very courteous, and happily explained the issues with our remote control which seemed to be non-functional. Within a few minutes he had the system up and running. Very satisfied with the service, reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend Campbell for any maintenance.
The staff of CampbellCare Plumbing, Heating, and Air are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We are retrofitting a NG fireplace into an existing unit and while discussing the piping required, Scott suggested a great alternative to our original plans. Jane (Front Desk) is always there to help us navigate through the paperwork required. Would happily recommend.
We had a gas fireplace installed on our main floor. Scott and Jane were so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. And when we lost our remote, we had a new one within a week! Highly recommend this company and will use them again.
