I rarely write about my experiences with any company but this group is an exception. The work I needed was timely and professional. I felt much better knowing all was well with my furnace. I hear winters in Stratford can be brutal and they did everything to put my mind at ease. I am a new home owner and new to Stratford. My experience has been great with this company! I had 3 companies quote for a furnace with new duct work and 2 gas fireplaces. I chose Dave Davies because they provided a clear explanation of the work involved and a fair price for the high-quality furnace, Lennox. What I didn’t know at the time is that I was engaging with a company that valued their employees and their customers. I have had the pleasure of having skilled HVAC in my home who are exceptionally friendly and respectful. (Ryan and Rob) My emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and any questions were addressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave Davies Heating & Air Conditioning.
Wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone! Owner was rude (seems to be a trend) and unprofessional.
We were considering changing from oil to a gas Furnace and hot water heater. I was very surprised at the honesty of the person I was talking to over the phone. They gave us a lot of information plus a rough quote to consider on whether we should make the change. Needed to write this review because of my first impression. Yes I called other companies but didn't get the old fashion honest up front service that I so miss in this changing world.
Dave and his crew installed a new central air unit and re-did piping to enable a natural gas bbq on my deck. The service was excellent and very professional. I have had service done by this company for 20 years including installation of a new furnace. I recommend this firm every chance I get.
