This is a super convenient Ford store. They even have old Subarus in stock. Love the Ford Ranger. And the new Bronco what can I say. Maybe I will lease one of these for my work at AutoOne.Ca Cleve has been there for a long time so his John Hicks. Two good people to deal with. I also like the King Ranch brand.
I must recommend this place if you looking for any ford vehicle or even the pre owned vehicles, they know what there are doing. Henry was the sales guy who helped me through out the whole process in every single possible way so I can get the car of my dreams. He's a amazing , helpful and professional , even after getting the car I had few things to do and they just helped me with everything. My experience with henry and macphee ford was over all amazing.
These are fantastic folks to deal with. I have never had better customer service from a sales team. We just bought our second vehicle from them.
I received a 4k bill for repair on my 2.5year old Escape which was purchased new from them. It was at 61000km (1k past warranty) and 7000km after the last inspection by their own team which verified all was good.Had the vehicle inspected by them at every oil change and never had a single repair......until 1000km after warranty km expired. When I raised this concern to the service manager via email (Johnathon Campbell), his response was "If you don't tell us there is a problem, we wont go looking for problems, we are a business"....Apparently paying for several inspections isn't good enough for them to "go looking for issues" when you are a business.

Bought a 2020 escape recently from macphees and stephen tate. If stephen isn't the best new car sales person in the maritimes i don't who would be better he was polite treated us with respect listened to our needs and worked hard before and most importantly harder after the sale the cars are so technical this day and age its a little overwhelming but stephen was there every step of the way thank u stephen job well done and i would recommend u to anyone looking for a new vehicle
I emailed them a few times about a few different trucks. No one ever got back to me. Or if they did and I responded they wouldn't respond a second time. They also have several trucks posted on Kijiji but they have either been sold or they haven't even received them from Ford yet. Some trucks on there are Demos with several thousand km on them and they don't even show this in the listing. Anyways I ended up going to Keltic Ford and buying a 2020 F150 King Ranch. Their 80,000 loss. If your not going to respond to messages on Kijiji or online why have a website or bother posting on Kijiji?
