Started training Muay Thai here a few weeks ago and I’m absolutely Loving it! I’ve never trained any martial arts before so I was a bit unsure what the experience would be like but this is a place where anyone would feel comfortable to start or continue training. The one hour class is an amazing workout and I really feel like I’m improving and learning a lot already. Highly recommend anyone who’s interested in Muay Thai gives Força a go. Not only are the trainers amazing and friendly but the people training here are equally as friendly and helpful when you’re a beginner like me. I’m going to try their Jujitsu classes next!

A huge facility with lots of bags, mat space, and a full gym. One of the best places to train in HRM. The staff are dedicated to their students and the academy. Peter and Graeme have done a great job creating a family friendly atmosphere and they have rekindled my passion for martial arts. When I switched to this gym just over a year ago, I was also surprised by the level of skill at this gym. I am truly greatfull for how welcoming everyone was!
