Excellent service!! On time, efficient- changed my front door lock in minutes and it opens and closes like air! Best locksmith I have had yet. Competent and professional- also wore COVID mask properly. I had the locksmith make a key for a second door as well, which he did in 3 minutes. Definitely recommend Greene Locksmiths.

They managed to make a copy of a set of keys that two other locksmiths could not make. Friendly, professional and very effective. Could not recommend them more. Great advise on an electronic lock which I ended buying. He guided me through the installation so that I could do it myself. Works great!
Competent key copy, polite service. Greene could make me 3 copies of a key that another locksmith failed (his key didn't work). Very satisfied. The only downside that I can see is how someone with reduced mobility would be able to climb the stairs, since it's 2nd floor. But that is the building's responsibility, not Greene's.

Very experienced and friendly staff. I spoke to Michael about a lock issue that I was trying to resolve for a while and he clearly explained the steps to fix it in 5 mins. I spent days searching the internet for the resolution I should have called him first, would have saved me so much time!
I called Greene Locksmith because I couldn’t open a locked gate. I thought for sure they would send someone to change the lock a few days later. But instead I was given a 2 step solution which took about 2 minutes to fix ( including finding the hammer). I am In awe of the customer service that was extended. The lock works perfectly now and I can safely exit my property. I will always now call Greene Locksmith for whatever I need. I’m sorry I didn’t in the past. Amazing, knowledgeable, professional and most assuredly a customer service oriented company. Thanks so much for helping me, I am most appreciative.
