Crystal Pacific did a beautiful job designing the glass for our floating stairway which is a major feature of the home we built in 2018. Terry coordinated the engineering ensuring the glass was produced and installed to BC Building Codes (not an easy task these days) and the install guys were great; polite, professional, friendly and left the site spotless. Leo arranged our ensuite and guest bath mirrors and (extensive) shower glass, and again, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Crystal Pacific for both new builds and renovations.
A couple of years ago we purchased a glass shower enclosure from Crystal Pacific which we were very happy with. Recently the door on the shower required some adjustment and I can't say enough about the prompt friendly service we received. I certainly will recommend Crystal Pacific Glass to all my friends with confidence.
5 years ago I had Crystal Pacific glass install new Milgard windows for my entire home. Recently I had to replace the glass in my front window as someone accidentally put a rock through it. I received the same professional, courteous, and friendly service this time around as I did 5 years ago. The installers moved my furniture and replaced it, took extra care not to step on my plants growing under my window and were professional to a "t". Terry and Lois have been accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company and staff to anyone who wants professional work and great windows. Dianne Shuttleworth
This company deserves 5 stars! The fluted glass recommended for our sidelites and transom looks fantastic and were dimensionally spot on. We have also ordered all our new windows from Crystal Pacific, they were delivered direct and on time. Terry and his crew are easy to work with! I won't hesitate to use them in the future and I recommend them to everyone.
