I wish I got the ladies name who helped me, but she was FANTASTIC!! I have never been treated so nicely at a Pier 1 before. I wanted a rug for my place and she opened the ones I wanted, showed them to me, and even asked if I needed help carrying it out to my car! Loved the shopping experience and the rug!

Lots of new merchandise in the store which is displayed very well. Picking my decorator items was a breeze! Glad this location is still here.
years ago this store used to carry products that you couldn't find anywhere but they haven't seemed to come out of their slump or tell a different story. I still go back because the furniture is made of real wood and if it is what you're looking for and on sale congratulations.I find their starting price points are only there for the sale price to come along and feel that you have received a deal. I absolutely love their candles and do believe they are worth the money but wait for a sale if you're going to go all out. Customer service is usually quite good especially around the holidays when they have extra staff to help you.
Pier 1 was really good, nice stuff, a little pricey, check the clearance and look for good deals and you'll find them.

Great customer service! They were flexible and handled a situation with product being a bit damaged very well.
