Very helpful and friendly!! Dino the owner and his staff are a great, both inside the store and the crews that came to our home. We had a pool nightmare that we inherited and Reflections stepped in to save our backyard and have us swimming. The only reason for -1 star is communication. There were times during the restoration process that we just felt out of the loop when it came to scheduling of work and were left a little confused at the end of the project. With that aside, we are now in love with our new backyard!

Consistently reliable, always available with product and advice
people are nice, and prices are fine, but more care needed with the chlorine. containers weren't rinsed, no bags provided, and now my brand new shorts are now garbage.
Friendly staff, and they even have all the little fittings and adapters for the DIY guys like me. Service with a smile!
