I have been going to the service department at Country Hills Toyota for the past 10 years. They have always been consistently friendly, efficient, and reliable. Their rates are competitively priced and they stand by their work. I have always appreciated their timely courtesy drop offs and pick ups when they have my car for the day. They have a comfortable, clean and spacious waiting area for customers, if need be. They communicate well- so you know exactly what will be on your bill. I would definitely recommend the CH Toyota Service Department.

I had possibly the worst experience I have ever had at this place in 15 years. I used to love them. Their compassion is out the window. The service members could care less that its a pandemic and throw outrageous numbers at you. 50 dollars for signal light bulbs now, must be a covid special. I asked if he had an extra 1500 dollars to spend on his car right now and his response \my car is working fine\ There is still change in the cupholder. Not even wiped out. 160 dollars. I tried talking to the manager and he told me he will put a note on my file. REALLY? cause that will help my truck that hasn't been touched. I could of just burnt my money, and kept my dirty truck. I definitely won't be back here unless I am forced too for some reason. 15 years, 3 vehicles later i am so disappointed.

These folks have consistently shown that they understand the meaning of customer service. This is specially true of the service dept. Everybody from the service manager Shawn, Mark in detailing, Bambi in service, always happy, polite, smiling, going out of her way to be helpful, Stephanie who always makes it a point to follow up after service visits....they are all great to deal with. It's mainly because of these folks that I am on my 3rd. Toyota from Country Hills Toyota and the times that I consider something different, I just cannot forego what I already know for something I don't know. Even the senior management when they walk by, acknowledge the customers and have a few words to say before they go on with their business. I would highly recommend these folks for their knowledge and their professionalism.

What a great experience in the purchase of my NEW 2019 Toyota Corolla. The sales person Randy Bowie had all the answers and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was referred to by a family friend to this dealership. Initially I was hesitant to come back here because of the not-so-good experience that my late husband had with them 2 years ago when he was shopping for a camry. But, surprise ... surprise. I got Hanif, and he's amazing! He understood my budget and what I'm looking for in a vehicle. He got me a perfect vehicle that fits in all the criteria I was looking for. So, this dealership is not bad at all. You just really need to talk to the right guy. So, thank you Hanif for taking the time understand your customer's needs. You're terrific!
