Nice store and a good selection of frames, although I was met with some resistance when I asked to try on frames. Repeatedly telling me not to touch them, as if I could tell how they would fit by looking at them, and also complaining that she would have to clean them afterwards. Of course I understand with COVID-19 cleanliness is important but for something you have to wear everyday making sure the frames fit well and look nice is critical and I feel I wasn't accommodated very well in that regard. How hard is it to clean some glasses? There was no thank you after my purchase, I had to ask \so is that's all\ to witch she replied \yes\. That is poor customer service.

Our Family has dealt with Axxis since 2010... always happy how accommodating the staff is. I'm also happy how their pups are able to relieve the stress while waiting to be seen and how friendly they are, especially during the Covid 19. They bring happiness to our visits.

My recent visit was during this covid pandemic and fortunately there was someone in for repair services as my eyeglasses got broken! I certainly appreciated that they went beyond my expectations! Thanks!
