December 6, 2020 - Julie, the store manager rectified the problem by ua showing a screen shot of the price online and ended up making the hassle much more comfortable and worth our time and effort driving to and from Coquitlam by offering us 40 percent off. Thank you very much for solving this problem in a professional manner and enabling us to enjoy the tree we picked and future Christmas much more than expected. 5 stars for this company. Merry Christmas December 5, 2020 - Bought a Christmas tree that was a demo model and had been previously opened and used. The manager asssured us 4 times we were getting the best deal in the 60 percent off clearence section. After going to the car we researched and found we paid the exact price for the exact model they had adertised online. We called management and they will rectify the problem. We have been assured that this was a mistake. We will update the turnout of this issue and the rating based on how this company handles this issue. So far it seems promising. They have handled mistakes in the past very well.
This is my first time writing a review on Google. The associate Lily Yun at the furniture section of Coquitlam Centre has been helping me with my purchase of furniture. My friends and I are highly impressed with her commitment and dedication, and we would like to offer our gratitude with this public review. Lily went the extra miles to update us on the latest promotional offers so that I could get better deals. She has also been extremely patient and helpful with my order even after my repeated changes and cancellations. She kept close communication with me throughout and showed her complete understanding on my indecisiveness. She offered her professional advice which I find extremely useful. I have met with many helpful associates at Hudson Bay but Lily was one of a kind. Her manager was also very kind and helped resolve challenges like delivery and the new Neo Credit Card. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality furniture. They are offering 50% off on most of the sofa models. Their shop has a good range of sofa on display.
A very good variety of clothing and cosmetics for ladies and gentlemen, some prices were good regarding their quality but we could hardly find an associate to help us with selections. Probably they have dismissed many associates! Two price check devices were out of order and I could not find any more. Overall, a valuable collection.
Love the Bay. Wonderful customer service. Maria at the Coquitlam store is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. So nice to be helped by such a gracious person. Really appreciate her commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice and clean shopping floor. Some items with huge discounts and worth to buy. Not many customes, so pretty quiet and easy shopping environment. A lot of free parking spaces sharing with the mall. Public washrooms available. Credit cards accepted. Very easy access and recognized.
I decided to leave a 5 star review but I changed my mind to 4. Let me say why.I was inside to buy a pair of shoes on Sunday around 5.55 pm and they announced due to the weekend time they have to close the store in 5 min at 6.00. as far as I know and the experience I have had before with the other stores, in such situations they do not accept new customers but give enough time to the customers to purchase. awfully in Hudson 's Bay cash was closed and there was not the chance to complete the purchase. Anyway they still deserve 4 stars out of 5 in my opinion specially because of good discounts.
Great service today. So appreciate being able to touch the fabrics and try things on.
