I emailed about getting my fireplaces cleaned and serviced . The response time was so fast and they were able to work around my schedule. They also did not have me block off half my day to wait for them to show up , an hour time frame was given and Mike showed within that hour. Mike showed up and was kind and professional. I showed him the first fire place that didn’t work and he was able to give me options. He gave prices upfront and no sale pressure on what to choose. He answer all my questions without trying to sell me anything. He cleaned and fixed both fireplaces and kept everything clean and stayed on the prices given. He was professional and covid safe the entire visit. I highly recommend them and will have him back for my maintenance and other projects.

Hot water tank broke down. Had Frank from Eatons come out to quote new tankless water heater as well as a furnace. Frank was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nick and Sean came out to do the install and they were terrific. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond when doing the install. Their communication was really good. They cleaned up after themselves and did a really awesome job on the install. These guys clearly take pride in their work. One of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Thank you Eatons
Great experience working with them in upgrading my furnace and installing a thermostat. Frank came in to do an assessment of my home and picked a great furnace for me at a great price! Installer Nick is professional and did an outstanding job at installing the furnace! My home wasn't wired for the thermostat that I wanted and he came back to install it for me on a later date after wire is pulled as promised! Great service and will recommend to everyone I know who needs any furnace upgrade!
My 86 year old father woke up to a freezing cold home. He called his usual heating company and because of the snow they told him they wouldn't be able to see him for a couple of days. Not good enough..... I called Eaton's at 8:00am and they sent someone out to check out the 20 year old furnace. Unfortunately it was time for new furnace. Rather than waiting a day or two a new furnace was installed and Dad had heat by 5:30. I am so grateful for how quickly they reacted and arranged for this installation. Super friendly technicians and they left the area completely clean. The whole experience has been amazing. I would 100% recommend Eaton's Heating! Thank you for such great service.
Frank and his team replaced my furnace and hot water tank efficiently, economically and professionally. Answered all my questions and ensured I was aligned with Fortis’s rebate plan. Any questions I had were answered by their administrator Andrea always polite, reassuring and professional. As a newly widowed lady I’m always careful to choose companies that are honest, stand behind their products and actually CARE about my son and my well being.
