Just wanted to give a big shout out to the folks at vital mobility I recently purchase a a wrangler scooter and had some issues with it from the beginning . 2 of the wheels went flat ,,,,,,it was an awful situation and something I couldn’t deal with myself , nor should I have had too. Bruno the owner kept in touch with me and kept me updated on what needed to be done . In the end he came to my house , took the scooter away and did what needed to be done and then some ....won’t go into all the details . Now have a battery problem which he again stepped up and took care of immediately . It’s great to know that in this day and age ,,,,quality service is still available . I run a service company and know all about quality service . These guys are great. I highly recommend them. It wasn’t their fault that there were issues with my scooter ,but they looked after me and I will do further business with them . Derek

Outstanding! For anyone with a disability or a loved one who does.... Vital Mobility, Concord is the place to go. Its a family run business so they have a vested interest. They know their product and will patiently review your needs and recommend accordingly and honestly. We've also had occasion to require after sale care and Bruno did not hesitate to take care of us swiftly and courteously! Honestly.... its been a while since I've seen a company take ownership and responsibility and I recommend them without hesitation!!! 'Nuff said.
Excellent customer service. Claudia has always been very helpful with previous purchases. The most recent was a new hospital bed and mattress. Claudia was again very helpful and fair. Valentina was very professional, excellent providing accurate information and extremely friendly. Bruno’s assistance dealing with issues with the old bed was very helpful. Valentina at Vitality went out of her way to assist me in the purchase, delivery and set up of the second lift chair we purchased for my in laws. Our experience with this company 2 years ago when we purchased the first lift chair was very positive and we did not hesitate to go there a second time.
