Key cutting price too high - charged 18.00 to cut 1 Schlage Commercial/Residential key. Other key cutters charge around 10.00. The people are professional and good customer service.

I needed a copy of a rare key and I tried Walmart, Canadian Tire, Home depot... No one could make a copy of it except this location. Professional people work in there. They charged me 10 plus tax for a key cut but it is totally worth it, otherwise I would have to change the lock.
Needed an unusual key cut... And they were able to do it. And the copies work amazing. The people here were all super friendly and helpful.
We visited the store and than 2 times sent emails with request to schedule an appointment to change locks on the door. But didn't get any response during the week. Never seen this type of services.
