While we did not end up needing to hire GasGuys for any services, I was very impressed with the company just through our communications. Instead of pretending like they needed to see what the issue was (and charge the minimum service fee to visit our location, like other companies wanted to do) George determined that I could easily handle the question myself and walked me through it on the phone. I was very thankful for his honesty and clear and through instruction. If I ever have a need in the future, I will certainly be asking them for help again.

Highly recommended for gas line & gas range installation! Way back in February we asked George to give an estimate on this service. He came out immediately, gave a reasonable estimate, and told us to get in touch with him after we'd ordered the new range. Then the pandemic hit. We put the project on hold for 6 months. Just recently we decided to move on it, sent George a quick note, got an immediate response, bought the range, set up an appointment, rescheduled the appointment because of a delivery delay....then once the range was here, George installed the line and range in two hours. At every step in the long process he was responsive and friendly, and the install was super-clean and efficient. We feel lucky to have found him!
Gasguys installed a gas line for our gas range and hooked it up for us. I contacted gasguys through their website and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a response from George. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy too. When they arrived (George and his dad, on time btw) they were very friendly, clean and respectful. They took off their shoes at the front door, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they did. George even went above and beyond with explaining our new range, what to do and how to work another unit of ours. We are very happy with choosing gasguys for our project and will definitely recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you George!
Thank you George for answering our question via email. We had a question for George and even though he did not service our home, he answered it with his experience and expertise.
