You will be annoyed by their billing. After 3 months I decided to remove my card from auto billing to monitor the billing on my own as adjustments needed to be made several times. So now I call in every month to pay because you cannot pay online. If you are moving they will not assist in the moving of your unit. I asked them to pickup our unit on water delivery day to store it for 15 days for us while we waited for our new home to be ready. I was prepared to pay my monthly charge or any additional delivery fees associated for the inconvenience. But they refused. Unfortunately, I will not continue the service in the long-term. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Cedar Springs as been an extremely reliable company to deal with. I have also moved more than once and is probably the only company that has not screwed that up! (Re: Rogers, utilities, etc). I have moved out of province and am very sad to loose this service. I realize now how good the taste of the water compared to what I get now.
Best tasting natural water ever! I will never drink fluoridated tap water again. Cedar Springs Sales and Customer Service representatives are amazing! Placing orders is easy and I don't forget because they email me well in advance and a printed schedule is provided. My delivery person is friendly and accommodating. Deliveries are timely and consistent. If you're looking for an alternative to processed, fluoridated city water, I highly recommend Cedar Springs!
I’m really happy with Cedar Springs. I signed up with them earlier this year. Whenever there was an issue (they’ve all been minor issues) their customer service team did a great job responding. And I have the best delivery guy ever. Thanks so much Cedar Springs! This was a great decision :)
