Customer service was great, owner is very friendly and wax/tune prices are good. However, I would've paid more and waited longer to have a better job done. Literally unwrapped my brand new, never ridden high end board in the shop to have sharpened and waxed.. and i've never seen a sloppier wax job done. The top sheet is mixed matte/gloss black, so the left over wax is very obvious and it looks terrible. I got home and had to scrape the excess off the sidewalls and top sheet. Still trying to buff out the wax from the matte finish. I understand its going to get scratched and dinged.. but c'mon, it hasn't even seen snow yet. I also didn't appreciate the business sticker that was stuck on it.

Easy to reserve rentals online. Quick to get them and so much more affordable to enjoy a nice day of skiing/ snowboarding. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Never knew they had a rental place before going to Blue Mt and now I will always come here!
Dropped off my skis for a tune up in the afternoon and picked them up the next day for some night skiing. Great customer service and my skis felt much faster and performed great. Recommended.
Great place!! I went in for just ski rentals and they were very helpful!! Friendly staff and owner, actually got to meet Brian who started this place many years ago and still owns and runs it today. When I need to rent I'll go back and I'll also recommend it to other people for future trips.
